All items are final sale and no refunds. If you have mistakenly purchased an item (ie. selected item in wrong size; added more than one item in your cart by mistake), please email (U)PFS at email@example.com with explanation within 7 days of receiving the items. (U)PFS will try to leave very descriptive details about the products and it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure to read the details before completing the order. (U)PFS may/may not grant customers store credit. (U)PFS is not responsible for items once they have been shipped. There are no refunds if you have made a completed purchase and are unhappy with your items. Customers may contact (U)PFS if they have questions about an item or have any other general questions.
